You may be planning a more budget conscious wedding and see the value in investing in a few hours with a professional to get you started, or you may have hit a road block in your current plans and need some redirection. Anything from assistance with finding qualified wedding professionals, contract review, family issues, or design ideas.
The "Day of" Consultation is for those who need help with the planning for their perfect day. Prior to the wedding you will Receive 4 hours of Conultation. You will have a sit down two hour consultation to review your wedding details and contracts with your Wedding Day Director. You will also receive two hours of time for us to confirm details with each weding profession the week of the wedding. The Wedding Day Director will coordinate the Wedding Rehersal to make sure that everyone knows what theya re doing, the timing throughout the ceremony and that the correct music is being used. In addition to the Wedding Day Director you will receive at least one additional staff member to help out.
The Wedding Day Director will help you create a detailed timeline of the ceremony (Including copies for all vendors involeved). This will also include a detailed checklists and contact sheets for the Ceremony.

- Wedding Day 'check-in' calls to bride and groom
- Two hours of wedding ceremony coordination typically including:
- Organization and set up of ceremony
- Distribution of flowers to bridal party and family
- Line-Up bridal party and family for processional
- Cue / orchestrate wedding professionals for ceremony
- Organization of recessional and receiving line
- Five hours of reception coordination typically including:
- Confirm possession of wedding rings prior to leaving for ceremony
- Maintain and coordinate timeline for all events during reception
- Cue bride and groom, bridal party, and parents for special events
- Deliver final payments and gratuities to wedding professionals
- Assist with gifts and personal items at the end of the event

You will receive the "Day of" Coordinating package, a Wedding Binder: All the tings you need to get you to plan until the end, Unlimited access to Nicole Wallace Events via email and telephone, Assistance focusing on your wedding priorities, desires, needs, family dynamics and concerns. This plan goes beyond just the planning of details. It also covers assistance in designing decor, color schemes, overall themes for the wedding by assisting you in selecting details that will reflect your style and personality.
In this day in age it is easy to spend more that you have budgeted. We will give you ongoing advice to keep you on budget. Another concern of many "Soon to be Married" is the proper etiquette for the wedding and wedding day activities. Another overwhelming aspect of wedding planning is finding the perfect professionals for your wedding needs. We will help you with recommendations of the best wedding professionals, selected to fit your specific needs, taste, personality and budget. This includes, but is not limited to photographer, videographer, florist, baker, music services and trasportation.

The Party Manager will sit down at an Initial Consultation and prepare a Party Timeline. They will also help implement your design for the party, prepare the food (if you are NOT hiring a caterer), preparing and refilling refreshments, decorating for the party and clean-up after the event! We can also provide all necessary utensils and dishes including decorative platters, bowls and trays.
